This property is set in a Village & Spa Resort located 5 minutes drive from the idyllic village of Burgau with its pristine beach! Comfortable 4 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, roof terrace, BBQ and a mature garden stocked with palm trees, flowering shrubs and a manicured lawn.

The villa is spread through one level, offering spacious living areas which flow beautifully onto a lovely sun terrace surrounding a large swimming pool.

The accommodation comprises a lounge & an open dining area with a service bar leading to the fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances.

The master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom leads out onto the west facing garden. There is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as 2 other bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and other with two single beds) and a family bathroom with shower.

At the main entrance there is a staircase leading up to a generous roof terrace with comfortable seating and views stretching over the countryside.

Further features include the eco-friendly cool house system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, optional pool heating, BBQ and Wi-Fi.

Pool heating can be arranged for €200 per week, only for the period of May to September.

The AlmaVerde Resort reception can provide maps and information on the trails, tracks and back roads of the local area as well as the mountain bikes. In the exercise studio located in reception you can participate in the group classes and activities , including yoga and dancing. Cycle over to the National Forest above Barão S. João or explore the dramatic cliffs and beaches of the nearby coastline. You can play tennis at the resort's Racquets Club, rent courts and equipment, play football on the grass pitch or book an individual coaching session. Few steps from the villa is the children’s playground surrounded by pine trees. The AlmaVerde Resort offers Wellness and Spa therapies and treatments as well.
